Fourth-Year Mechanical Engineering Student at the University of Florida.

I am currently an Estimating Intern at Walt Disney Imagineering, with a focus on the Disney Cruise Line portfolio. In this role, I have already absorbed a great deal of information on costs, how they come into play at each phase of the project lifecycle, and how different teams interface.

In addition to my academic work in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, I served as the Captain for Motion Simulator Design Team for Fall 2024, guiding a team through the process of designing a three degree-of-freedom motion base, which is now being fabricated. This team is one of the in-house design teams in Gator Theme Park Engineering and Design (Gator TPED), a multi-disciplinary club that has bolstered my ambition of working in the themed entertainment industry since my Freshman year. I previously served as the Public Relations Chair and participated in the Animatronic Design Team and Creative Design Team.

This past summer, I took on a Technical Internship with Universal Creative in the Engineering & Safety division. During my time in Orlando, Florida, I was on the Compliance team. I performed audits on engineering deliverables that the company received from vendors, which involved documentation including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis Reports, System Level Hazard Analysis Reports, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Acceptance Test Plans, Training Plans, and more.

In the summer of 2023, I took the first major step in my career, working as an engineering intern with Husqvarna Professional Products in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was on their Robotics team, which focuses on the Automower®, a line of autonomous lawnmowers.
